Published and working papers on arbitration in the unionized workplace
Just in case anyone is interested I have five papers posted to the Social Sciences Research Network.
One already published and two other have been accepted for publishing in the fall.
Two overviews on Enforceablity and the reasons why courts might vacate arbitration awards.
One focused on the practical implications of the 2009 Supreme Court decision in 14 Penn Plaza v. Pyett
One examining the Supreme Courts narrowing of the 4th Amendment exclusionary rule in Herring v. U.S.
And one rather long treatise examining the ramifications of conservative efforts to privatize social security and its future in America.
