Arbitration in the Unionized workplace
If anyone is interested in reading about judicial deference toward arbitration in the unionized workplace let me know.
I just finished a note for the Rutgers School of Law Conflict Resolution Law Journal.
I'd be happy to foward it to anyone for critical and non critical comment.
On another note. I am starting my internship at the NLRB branch in Newark New Jersey in three weeks. I hope that all you dastardly employers out there in region 22 are ready
