Bogus H.R Pro's, sham sites, and the twilight zone? Empty Bogus H.R Pro's, sham sites, and the twilight zone?

Post  JoeC (McGruff) Tue May 18, 2010 4:52 am

The other night I was chatting with two members, one was our H.R guru, and another member, we had recently watched an episode of the twilight zone, and could not help but to see the nexus between: LaborLawTalk.com their Nazi Moderator cbg (pictured on the right), and her claim to have been an H.R pro for 30 years (which is bullshit she works as night desk clerk at a small hotel outside of Boston).

The episode of the twilight zone called "Its a good life" is a black and white show from 1961. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/It's_a_Good_Life_(The_Twilight_Zone)
The story is about this kid named Anthony Fremont (pictured on the left) from Peaksville, Ohio. He's got mental powers and uses them for his own gain, since he is a child he acts like a child; just like the Nazi cbg and her Bannon powers as a supermoderator.

The adults tiptoe nervously around him, constantly telling him how everything he does is "good"(like cbg's toadies do), since displeasing him can get them wished away "to the cornfield" (banned). At one point, a dog is heard barking. Anthony thinks the dog is "bad" and "doesn't like him," and wishes it into the cornfield (bans the dog).

Another scene Dan the drunk shows up and tells little Anthony what a crappy kid he is. And what does old Dan get for it? He gets turned into a human jack-in-the-box and Anthony wishes him into the cornfield (banned). And nobody better tell Anthony they've got a problem with that, or they will get wished in the cornfield (banned).

Substitute the Nazi cbg for the arbitrarily vindictive little boy and this story also gives a general idea of how groups like LLT work, when they are dominated by an immature narcissist. For the macabre scene to work the Nazi cbg has to eliminate the rest of the world, leaving herself dictator of Peaksville, because she is so special that no one outside the group is capable of understanding her -- and, of course, the longer members stay inside "Peaksville" the less likely they will be understood by outsiders, so isolated specialness becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Now would a grown up with an attitude like Anthony Fremont make an H.R pro? I don't think so.

NOT HR PROS!

You're describing the moderators on the "expert" law site as well. They're not going to keep people coming back badgering them as they did me, and then they leave the posts up for all to see.

This shows their absolute stupidity because people will browse the posts and see for themselves the type of treatment you get when you disagree with their tactics.

Pathetic.

Well there is some good news, the Nazi cbg right hand brown shirt; “fatty Patty” is now fertilizing
daffodils in paupers’ field. Yep that is right the phony payroll manager bit the dust last month.

http://www.laborlawtalk.com/showthread.php?t=279663

The only thing I regret is she did not take cbg along with her to the infernal regions. Then that forum
could actually help those in need, instead of just being a place for every one to either agree with cbg
or be unwelcome ,banned, with all their hard work removed from the forum.

I remember Patty as rude, obnoxious, arrogant and unhappy. A toady for cbg she could always be
counted on to rat pack posters who held a different view than cbg. Cbg and her lackeys made
anyone who ever intended to help aggrieved employees life a living hell on that forum. The two have
done way, way more harm than good in my view, they have chased off far better contributors with
more knowledge than the two could ever learn.
