Advertising your law practice is permitted if A Regular Member of NELA or any member of the bar in the United States who subscribes to NELA’s purposes and certifies that 51% or more of her/his employment-related legal representation is on behalf of employees. Only Regular Members in good standing are eligible to serve on and vote for NELA’s Executive Board and be listed in the NELA Membership Directory.
