Zero-tolerance a bad idea?
For those that would like to participate in the discussion. Michael P. Maslanka has a law blog "Work Matters" and he recently wrote a piece, “why Zero tolerance is a bad idea”. The thread discusses why zero-tolerance policies in drug as well as anti-harassment policies are bad ideas.
You can post directly on the blog. I find the piece interesting never really gave much thought to zero tolerance, just something that was always accepted; using the baseball drug scandal Mike raises an interesting view point.
