DOL develops user friendly tool's that can aid posters and responders

The U.S. Department of Labor announced on November 30 the availability of an updated version of its Employment Law Guide, an on line publication that describes the major employment laws administered by the department. http://www.dol.gov/compliance/guide/index.htm

The good thing about it is this, used in conjunction with The Employment Law Guide http://www.dol.gov/elaws/firststep/ the companion to the department’s FirstStep overview advisor, posters and responders can determine which federal employment laws apply to them by answering a few simple questions about relevant variables. I have not played with it yet but those computer savvy types have at it. Very powerful weapon that can buttress your argument's against Nazi moderators and their toadies on sham sites as well.
