Extortion??

I keep reading posts by these morons on freeadvice saying "you can't threaten your employer with a lawsuit or threaten to file a wage claim, that's extortion!" What a crock of shit.

Using their unmistakably wrong logic, lets examine what else would be "extortion."

If I don't pay my rent and my landlord threatens me with eviction, that would be "extortion"
If I don't pay my credit card and they bank threatens to sue me, Extortion!!
If I don't make my car payment and the lien holder says they will repossess the car, extortion!
If I go to a restaurant, order a meal, and refuse to pay and the restaurant threatens to call the police if I don't pay, extortion!

Oh fuck that lame site! The lady that runs it is a cunt. She believes Ohiogal is a family law attorney. You have to be an idiot to buy that one. That is like believing cbg is an H.R manager and Fatty Patty is a payroll manager.

Sorry the Nazi cbg's toadies bring out the devil in me. That site is so full of bogus posters claiming to be lawyers its not even funny. Its bad enough to have bogus posters passing themselves off as H.R mangers, but lawyers? Man thats bad people actually believe they could be talking to a practicing lawyer that is telling them they have no case. Sites like that are poster child's for Internet regulation.

Lawyers credentials are pretty easy for a site that has attorneys to verify.
