E-Verify for Federal Contractors Goes into Effect Sept. 8 - Clears Court Hurdle.

Via Ross Runkel comes news that the Federal Agency Acquisition Council's new rule that requires federal contractors to use the E-Verify program to confirm that new and existing employees are eligible to work in the United States has survived a federal challenge.
