hacker1182?

Post  JoeC (McGruff) on Mon Dec 21, 2009 1:47 am

Well what comes around goes around, or as Steve Miller sang "and I know that its true that everything that I do will come back to me in my sweet time...) Well such is with the Nazi cbg cyjeff and the rest of her evil minions who have a place reserved for them in the infernal regions.

Any regular reader here knows that the Nazi cbg is a fraud and Internet bully that gets off kicking around aggrieved workers on the Internet along with her Brown shirts that love to rat pack on with her. Well looks like they tangled with a bad cyber hombre and he dug up the goods, and hopefully will continue to dig up the goods on these low life's. Where? On U-tube thats where. The Nazi cbg is every bit as ugly and you can imagine. https://www.youtube.com/user/hacker1182

This righteous bloger is in the line for a Lucy Liu award for doing his part to rid the Internet of these charlatans. Stay on those low life's hacker1182!

The winners of the 2009 Lucy Liu award.

Post  JoeC (McGruff) on Mon Feb 22, 2010 8:52 pm

Winners of the 2009 Lucy Liu award for 2009 are the following: for attorneys the award goes to Charles C. Goetsch http://www.trainlaw.com/attorneys/Charles-C-Goetsch/ of the firm Cahill Goetsch & Perry . One of Charlie’s most famous cases he won for unions can be read here http://bulk.resource.org/courts.gov/c/F2/799/799.F2d.795.86-1039.html . Railroad workers are preempted from striking under the R.L.A once a contract is reached. However several union leaders were fired for telling their men to refuse unsafe work. The union leaders were subsequently fired for launching a strike.

Charlie established the right of unions to strike when its members are working under hazardous conditions and successfully defended union officers against the Railroad's claim for monetary damages and successfully fought for their reinstatement with full back pay.

Winners for outstanding websites or blogs go to the following: Once again to Charles C. Goetsch Train law blog http://www.trainlawblog.com/promo/contact/ the blog is a valuable tool used by railroad locals in enforcing the new Federal railway safety act, as well as providing insight in to the new changes in the F.M.L.A.

The other winner is the Program on negotiations blog set up by Harvard Law School. It is by far the most powerful free tool on the Internet for shop stewards and negotiators. Although they do have seminars and courses that you can attend and pay for- for the average union leader it is not necessary. Once on the blog; the user can sign up and receive a lot of free information and documents, as well as get daily E-mails written by some of the best negotiators, and professors in the field. There is more than enough to digest with out attending the seminars. Of course if further study is desired that is available as well. I encourage anyone that is in a shop steward or other union role to subscribe.

Since no other recommendations for the award were put forth by the members of this site these are the winners. Hopefully 2010 will have more active participation in the process by the members of this site.
