In a nutshell !!!!!!!!
1. I have been with same organization for 9 years excellent reviews.
2. Complained to HR 9 months ago about OT that was due me
3. March 09 .. I was called in and given a written warning about hanging up
on my boss and using the internet in a common work area. I catagorically denied
this and wrote a letter to HR (SAVED) to block me from this access on my system so
they can't just accuse me of this any time they want.
4. June 09. Was called in again after the letter I wrote to HR and was given a FINAL warning
about using the internet CHAT again. What are my rights if Wrongfullt terminated?
I once agin wrote a SECOND letter to HR the next day in regards to this.
