Can you explain what this is and if it applies in NC please. This is exactly what happened in the case I'm currently researching. Unfortunately there is not presently a lawyer willing to fight for this EEs rights. I don't know if the scope of the case is too big for these guys, if they're scared of who they're fighting or if they're all just lazy.

2. What is the job's obligation to following restrictions, ...

I was working as a voter registration canvasser for a non profit here in Flint Michigan. While on the clock, I was changing locations from a non productive part of town to a better area to register voters.

I was injured on the job August 31, 2007. The worker's comp doctor could never figure out what was going on with my lower back. On November 5,2007 he released me back to work- return with restrictions for november 7, 2007 The pain kept on persisting. I never missed a day from work until my injury. The doctor finally did an MRI and realized that I had a bulging disc, he told me that was normal and this time he released me back to work but with sedentary duties. I called the company and asked if ...

i have talked to my workman's comp case worker about having them pay for my re-education to a new career as my OTJ injury has effectively made it unfeasible to preform my current job. i am strongly considering going to pharmacy school to become a pharmacist. a complete turn around from my current job.

i am considered disabled/handicapped after the injury, and could easily show the injury has left me unable to preform my job at pre-accident levels.

my case worker told me that i need ...
