The Nazi cbg award of the month goes to this clown!

Larry Whitten earns the Nazi cbg award for being an asshole. He marched into this northern New Mexico town in late July on a mission: resurrect a failing hotel.

At which point he immediately laid down some new rules. Among them, forbidding the Hispanic workers at the run-down, Southwestern adobe-style hotel from speaking Spanish in his presence (he thought they'd be talking about him), and ordered some to Anglicize their names.

I would suspect that before cowboying on in to New Mexico he was ridding dirty with the Nazi cbg who gave him on lessons on effective labor - managmant relations,and her H.R techniques (that are in her mind only being she nver worked in H.R).

Sounds like discrimination based on national origin. The only defense I think the guy can raise is if the people that are speaking spanish are working directly with guests. If in fact he is prohibiting hotel employees that dont interact extensively with guests from speaking thier native language this guy is in deep shit.
